RMPC Habilitative Services

Renewing minds for positive change-habilitative services

RMPC Habilitative Services is a trusted name in Residential and Habilitative service throughout Western Pennsylvania. Our quality services and the positive rapports we have gained with communities has allowed us to excel. We are a data-driven agency and through cloud-based technology have created a database system, which allows our organization to stay connected. This builds effective communication and improves the quality of care we provide to our participants and ensures the families of those we serve that quality service is being provided to their loved one.

RMPC upholds six fundamental principles; Integrity, Professionalism, Respect, Teamwork, Accountability, and Compassion. We believe in quality over quantity. We are dedicated to our participant’s personal growth and sustain this principle by way of participant-centered goals. We track goal progression on a daily basis through staff documentation. In addition, prior to admitting new participants into our program, we assess their overall needs and formulate a specific program in accordance with those specific needs which in hopes guarantees their success and mitigates the risks of failing to achieve their goals while in our care.

We maintain open and direct relationships with our staff based on mutual respect for professionalism as well as close and valued relationships with our participants based on our devotion to their personal growth. RMPC Direct Care Staff (DCS) are certified in all state requirements for residential services, and we are diligent in keeping management and staff current of any changes in state policies and procedures within the field of intellectual disabilities. The agency’s qualifications are beyond reproach.
